Balance Moisturiser & Glycolic Acid Activator

A balanced microbiome is the key to healthy skin without blemishes. Disruptions to the skin microbiome can cause dry skin, irritation and breakouts.

A lightweight daily moisturiser that regulates sebum production throughout the day, helping to reduce shine and provide a matte appearance to the skin.

Beta-glucan and Niacinamide boost moisture levels and restore a healthy skin barrier. Ideal as a base for foundation.

After using the cream, the skin remains supple and matte, and the number of breakouts is reduced.

An additional product is included with the cream - Glycolic Acid Activator™. This is a glycolic activator that is applied before the cream and enhances the cream’s efficacy.

It gently exfoliates dead skin layers, improving the cream’s absorption into the deeper layers of the skin.

Simply apply a few drops of the activator to the face and neck 2-3 times a week, under your night cream.

Prebiotics and probiotics — supports a healthy skin microbiome by increasing the number of beneficial bacteria and limiting the number of harmful bacteria.

Niacinamide — also known as vitamin B3, a soothing anti-inflammatory agent that quickly reduces redness and irritation while regulating sebum production to prevent clogged pores. Brightens post-acne pigmentation.

Beta-glucan— natural oat extract, enhances the skin’s ability to regenerate, reduces irritation and immediately provides comfort to inflamed skin.

Cinnamon extract— a natural antibacterial component that helps limit the level of inflammation-causing bacteria, while also balancing sebum production.

Glycolic acid— a potent AHA acid that helps exfoliate dead skin layers, helps smooth the texture and cleanse the skin of impurities.

After morning and evening cleansing, take a small amount of Balance Moisturizer and apply evenly to the face, neck and décolletage.

To increase the effectiveness of the cream and peel, use the glycolic acid activator 2–3 times a week. After your evening cleansing routine, apply 4–6 drops to the face, neck and décolletage. Once it has dried, apply Balance Moisturizer.

Do not apply Glycolic Acid Activator and Balance Moisturiser at the same time. If you are using another Medik8 serum, apply Glycolic Acid Activator first, followed by the serum and then Balance Moisturizer.
