1. Put on the 520 NIO drainage tights.

2. Put on the plastic trousers to enhance the effect and delivery of the active ingredients.

Leave on for 30-60 minutes.

Remove the plastic pants, then the 520 NIO drainage tights as well.

5. Massage the remaining product into the body using circular movements until it is fully absorbed.

6. Rinse the 520 NIO drainage tights under running water. Dry. Caution! Do not put them in the tumble dryer.
